ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition
• Proof of purchase is required
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be returned within 7 days of return approval
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN POSTAGE

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply depending on the item and supplier.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

• Photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

BEDDING & HOME ITEMS
For hygiene and resale reasons:
• Bedding and similar items must be returned in brand new condition
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Please do not apply labels or tape directly to product packaging

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to cancel any order.
All orders are subject to stock availability and successful payment processing. In the unlikely event that an item is unavailable or an issue occurs with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If your order is cancelled, any payment made will be refunded in full to your original payment method.

REFUNDS

If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow up to 5–10 working days for funds to appear
Original delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
