POSTAGE & DELIVERY

• Standard UK Delivery: £3.95
• FREE delivery on all orders over £3.95

All orders are sent using tracked delivery services.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES

• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days
• Delivery times may vary depending on the item and supplier

As items are shipped directly from our suppliers, please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive.

You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

MULTIPLE PARCELS

Some items may be shipped separately.

If your order contains multiple items, these may arrive in different parcels and at different times.

DELIVERY & COURIER INFORMATION

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier.

While we always use tracked services, delays can occasionally occur which are outside of our control.

RETURN TO SENDER

If a parcel is returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address:

• The customer is responsible for the cost of re-delivery
• Additional postage charges will apply to resend the order
